Accounts which have been filed for a particular company will be available for download.
Any document stated as "not available" may be requested by email and will be available on the website within two working days.
All statutory documents filed by a company with the Registrar of Companies can be browsed in a similar way that you can search the physical file at the registry. The electronic file will be available for a period of 30 days. .
This service will also enable you to apply for e-Filing.
This service allows for signed and scanned accounts of a Gibraltar company to be filed electronically by the company's directors or secretaries.
Users can now file changes in registered office by simply filling in the relevant details online. The information will be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
Particulars of Directors, which is one of the most commonly used documents, can now also be filed electronically. Users will be able to appoint, terminate and change officer details online. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
Users will be presented with the various sections of the Annual Return and must confirm, add/modify this information, including the company statistics. Providing that there have not been changes to the Share Holding and/or Share Capital since the date of the last Annual Return, they will be able to file the Annual Returns electronically. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
Applications for Strike Off will be accepted electronically, simply by completing the online form. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
Applications for Withdrawal of Strike Off will now also be accepted electronically. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
This service allows for signed and scanned Resolutions / Special Resolutions to be filed electronically by the company's directors or secretaries. These must be for the purpose of notification only, not requiring any modification to the share capital, company name or memorandum and articles of association.
Notifications that the company is a Collective investment scheme will now also be accepted electronically. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
Notifications that the company has ceased to be a Collective investment scheme will now also be accepted electronically. The information will then be automatically validated and processed by the pro-active Database of Companies House, which will also generate the relevant document filed. This document will be stamped electronically to form part of the company records and will be available for downloading within 24 hours. A copy of the filed document together with an e-Receipt will be sent to the user via email.
This service allows for signed and scanned Declarations of Non-profitability of a Gibraltar company to be filed electronically by the company's directors or secretaries.
The e-filer will provide confirmation of who has signed the document being submitted. This will also allow us to accept any document that has been signed electronically, as we will be able to ascertain who is submitting the document and obtain their confirmation that the document being submitted has been signed by the person named as signatory therein.
The system will also perform preliminary checks on documents being uploaded to ensure these meet the required standards. This will help avoid delays due to documents being submitted that do not meet the necessary criteria. Users of this service will need to ensure that:
• Documents are OCR’d PDFs. JPEGs/photos and other image formats will not be accepted.
• The OCR’d PDF is of good legible quality; and
• Each document is sent as one OCR’d PDF file (e.g., all pages of an Annual Return must be in one PDF file). Multiple pages/PDFs for the same document will not be accepted.
It is important to note that the fee for filing any document over the document upload module will be deducted from the user’s normal account, not from the user’s web account.
